Job Title: Animal Nutrition Account Manager

We are seeking an experienced Animal Nutrition Account Manager to join our team at Tereos Deutschland Gmbh. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for managing the development, sales, and marketing of our co-products in the Animal Nutrition sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain relationships with existing customers and identify new business opportunities
  • Develop and implement commercial strategies to drive sales growth and market penetration
  • Collaborate with internal functions, including production and quality departments, to ensure seamless execution of sales processes
  • Provide technical support to customers and stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments
  • Proactively promote and introduce new products to existing and potential customers
  • Analyze and optimize sales and margins of products in the defined area/scope
  • Develop and maintain strategic customer relationships and identify opportunities for growth
  • Record and consolidate market data and analyze competitive products
Requirements:
  • Engineer or equivalent degree in animal nutrition, veterinary science, or bioengineering
  • 3-4 years of experience in a technical commercial function in the agro industry
  • Fluent in Spanish, English, and French
  • Competent in informatics tools, including SAP, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Structured working style and analytical skills
  • Results-oriented and able to work autonomously
