Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Pet Health Account Manager to join our team in Aragon, responsible for implementing the Elanco sales strategy and sales plan to achieve business goals and growth. This role will involve cultivating customer relationships, creating demand realization, and managing key accounts and distribution channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive Pet Health portfolio growth by executing sales strategies and plans
  • Manage key customer accounts in expansion markets, ensuring sell-out plans and sell-in at distributor level
  • Implement marketing activities on the field, monitoring and evaluating sales deviations, and developing corrective actions
  • Cultivate long-term relationships with customers, distributors, and key influencers to promote the Elanco brand and business goals
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong understanding of the pet health industry and market trends
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to analyze data and develop strategic plans
  • Minimum Qualification: Education background in Veterinary or Animal Science preferred
What We Offer

At Elanco, we offer a competitive salary, $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development in a dynamic and inclusive work environment.
