About the Role

As a Technical Account Manager, you will own the complete client lifecycle of onboarding, adoption, expansion, and renewal. Your goal is to drive faster 'time to value' and improve the overall experience for our clients. To achieve this, you will understand clients' objectives and how they translate to outcomes, ensuring they become ambassadors of our platform (testimonials, references, etc.).

You will identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling and close them. Partnering with clients, you will advise on best practices, leveraging your expertise to drive growth and success. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional colleagues and external partners to ensure seamless collaboration.

The ideal candidate has:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience as a Technical Account Manager or equivalent role
  • Experience in a Tech or SaaS company
  • Fluency in German and English (required)
  • Some level of Italian or Spanish (desired)
