About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Account Manager to join our team at Nurun. As a Digital Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing digital campaigns and projects, working closely with internal technical and creative teams, as well as clients.
Responsibilities:
- Manage digital campaigns and projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including creative, technical, media, production, and finance.
- Participate in client calls, communicating effectively in English and Spanish.
- Ensure executions meet brand guidelines and quality standards.
- Coordinate external partners and resources as needed.
- Manage budgetary control and coordinate/approve billing.
- Suggest proposals for improvement and be proactive in benefiting the client/agency.
- Contact the Publicis Groupe network for international clients.
- Manage PG internal tools.
Requirements:
- Experience in managing digital projects, including campaigns, social media, websites, and CRM.
- At least 3 years of experience as a digital account executive or digital project manager, preferably in international accounts.
- Advanced English language skills (C1 or more).
- Experience with task or project management tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Task management tools (Microsoft Teams, Slack, Trello, etc.) are a plus.
- Ability to deal with complexity, pressure, and multitasking.
- Good communication skills, dynamic, flexible, and proactive.
- Open to new ideas and change.
