Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Account Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Strategic Account Services Team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive business growth and program satisfaction for our selling partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Selling Partner Management: Manage a portfolio of 10-20 selling partners, develop individual strategies, manage timelines, expectations, and own communications.
  • Business Analyses: Produce profound business recommendations and actionable insights using a wide set of analytical tools to interpret customer data.
  • Consultancy: Leverage comprehensive Amazon knowledge to provide solutions for selling partners' objectives, consult on opportunities derived, and potential business impact.
  • Support Execution and Operational Challenges: Be a proficient sparring partner, guiding the execution of strategic plans, answering ad-hoc questions, and helping overcome operational and subject-specific challenges.
  • Build Relationships: Gain trust by close collaboration and delivering results, building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Coach: Educate selling partners about Amazon's solutions and news to enhance their knowledge about selling on Amazon.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in strategic account management or similar role.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with Amazon's platform and services.

Benefits:

  • A competitive salary range of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
