About the Role

At InPost Iberia, we are looking for a highly motivated SMB Account Manager to oversee our independent landlord network and drive the expansion of new APMs. This exciting opportunity allows you to contribute to our team's rapid growth and focus on managing existing partnerships to drive utilisation and further growth across the network.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage all escalations from our independent landlord portfolio, ensuring timely responses and fast resolutions that drive high customer satisfaction.
  2. Resolve day-to-day operational issues preventing successful delivery or collection of parcels.
  3. Share feedback and insights across the Iberia Network team to refine strategies for independent partners.
  4. Conduct thorough analysis of queries to assess contract compliance and apply penalties when necessary.
  5. Collaborate closely with Customer Support, Deployment, Legal, and Finance teams to streamline processes and improve the management of independent partner queries.
  6. Proactively find solutions with independent partners to mitigate additional InPost costs, such as locker removals.
  7. Support the expansion of new APMs by identifying opportunities and contributing to the strategic growth of the network.
  8. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report progress to the Head of Account Management, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.

Objectives
  • Enhance Partner Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with independent landlords to drive long-term engagement and satisfaction, ensuring contract renewals and minimising costs.
  • Operational Excellence: Continuously improve processes for managing partner queries, escalations, and contract compliance to optimise the efficiency of the network.
  • Expand the Network: Support the strategic expansion of new APMs, identifying potential locations and working with stakeholders to grow our presence in the region.
