The Role
We are seeking an experienced Territory Manager to drive growth and shape the future of emerging technology at Devoteam G Cloud. The ideal candidate will possess both sales and technical background, enabling them to manage engagements with CXO-level executives, software developers, and IT architects. You should be a self-starter, prepared to develop and execute against a territory coverage plan, consistently delivering on quarterly revenue targets.
Duties and Responsibilities
Manage and grow the territory by working with partner, marketing, business development, and technical teams. Develop and execute a plan to create and maintain a robust pipeline, including opportunities in existing accounts and driving net new business with prospects. Create compelling value propositions around GCP and analyze metrics data from accounts to evolve your business plan. Maintain the CRM database up-to-date and forecast territory performance. Contribute to long-term relationships with key accounts when appropriate. Assist the Google team on joint selling opportunities.
Qualifications and Skills
An individual with proven technology account/territory management or channel management experience, a college/university degree, or equivalent experience. Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, proficient in MS Office, and fluent in English and Spanish. Target-oriented individuals with remote account management experience dealing with B2B customers, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong presentation skills, and proficiency in MS Office. Ability to characterize the value of products, demonstrated pro-activity, creativity, and a strong work ethic and organizational skills to work in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000-$120,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and bonuses based on performance. This role provides an excellent opportunity for professional growth and development in a dynamic and innovative company.
