About the JobWe are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team in Southern Spain. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing a sales territory and selling NORIT products to generate target levels of revenue, volume, margins, and days outstanding from the customer base.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing volume and revenue forecasts, sales plans, and strategies for achieving desired results;
- Driving both current and future value for NORIT by building a shared understanding of individual customer and overall portfolio profitability;
- Effectively communicating and negotiating complex sales contracts with customers;
- Educating customers on new products and product enhancements;
- Identifying new market opportunities and target builds;

About YouTo be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- A Bachelor's degree, preferably in a field of science;
- Previous experience with activated carbon, filtration and purification technologies, food additives, or water treatment or working for a distributor;
- Five or more years of experience in sales;
- Fluent Spanish and English language skills;
- Skill in establishing and maintaining strong customer relationships;
- Results-driven and business-savvy professional who is able to recognize new business opportunities.
This role offers a competitive salary of €60,000 per year, as well as the opportunity to work fully in a remote setup and receive competitive financial and non-financial rewards for the local market and industry we operate in.
