Business Development Representative

Expand your sales career with Games Workshop, a leading international company based in Barcelona. As a Business Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and building strong relationships with potential clients.
About the Role:
- You will be responsible for engaging with potential independent retailers through proactive cold calling to showcase the benefits of partnering with Games Workshop.
- Your goal will be to establish and cultivate strong relationships swiftly by telephone, identify client needs, and effectively close B2B sales opportunities.
About You:
- You are a confident communicator with the ability to capture attention and have great conversations.
- You thrive on surpassing targets and embracing challenges, demonstrating resilience in the face of rejection.
- You possess natural sales skills, able to guide and influence decision making.
We Offer:
- A salary package: €40,600 OTE (€35,000 base salary + uncapped commission).
- Generous benefits: 23 days of holiday + 12 public holidays, company pension scheme, profit share bonus, and share save scheme.

- Full business proficiency in Polish and English is essential.
