Renewal Business Growth Manager

Randstad Es is seeking a skilled Renewal Business Growth Manager to join their team. As a key member of the organization, this individual will be responsible for driving business growth through effective renewal strategies.
In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the ongoing satisfaction and retention of existing clients. Your primary objective will be to provide end-to-end renewal execution support, maintaining a deep understanding of commercial negotiation, renewal execution, and transactional steps related to renewals and replacements.
You will coordinate renewal activities, including sending renewal quotes and addressing any questions or concerns. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless renewal process for clients, negotiating terms, pricing, and contract terms as needed. Ensuring all renewals are processed accurately and in a timely manner, you will maintain detailed records of contract changes and updates.
A strong, positive relationship with assigned clients is essential, requiring you to understand their needs, challenges, and goals. You will proactively engage with clients before contract expiration to discuss renewal options and demonstrate the value of SAP. Maintaining accurate records of client interactions, renewal statuses, and forecasted revenue, you will provide renewal forecasting support by accurately scrubbing renewals 12 months in advance of expiration date.
This position requires excellent time management, task-driven skills, and the ability to work under pressure. Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions effectively, are also essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment are necessary for success. A passion for customer satisfaction and a commitment to delivering exceptional service are paramount.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in Business Administration and Innovation Management, with proficiency in English (C2), German (C2), and Italian. Experience in customer-facing roles, such as Customer Success and Account Management, is preferred.
