Strategic Business Development Manager

Criteo is seeking an experienced Strategic Business Development Manager - Reseller Growth to drive the success of our reseller partners.
We are looking for a seasoned professional with a proven track record in sales and client service, ideally in a tech or ad-tech-related field. The ideal candidate will have a strong business acumen, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:- Manage Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers through our resellers, providing ongoing support, training, and resources to help them succeed.
- Monitor Performance: Analyze reseller performance and provide actionable insights to improve customer outcomes.
- Customer Relationship Management: Act as a point of escalation for customer issues that resellers are unable to resolve independently, ensuring prompt and effective resolution to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Track customer success metrics (e.g., product usage, renewal rates, customer satisfaction) and provide reports to resellers, identifying trends, areas of improvement, and opportunities for additional value.
- Customer Advocacy: Support resellers in gathering and relaying customer feedback to the company, ensuring continuous improvement and growth.
- Proven Sales and Client Service Track Record: Ideally in a tech or ad-tech-related field in a client-facing role.
- Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business principles, including multitasking, prioritization, and analytical skills.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in all core MS Office applications and fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and persuasive skills, with the ability to act as a consultant and be reactive in front of any potential situations.
- Estimated Salary: $120,000 per annum, based on industry standards and location.
