About the Opportunity
SAP is seeking an experienced Renewals Specialist to join our team. This role plays a pivotal part in ensuring the ongoing satisfaction and retention of our existing customer base.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management:
- Develop strong, positive relationships with assigned clients to understand their needs, challenges, and goals.
- Proactively engage with clients before contract expiration to discuss renewal options and demonstrate the value of SAP.
- Renewal Process Management:
- Provide end-to-end renewal execution support.
- Maintain knowledge of commercial negotiation, renewal execution, support on transactional steps related to renewals and replacements.
- Coordinate renewal activities, including timely communication with clients, sending renewal quotes, and addressing any questions or concerns.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless renewal process for clients.
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and contract terms with clients to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
- Ensure all renewals are processed accurately and in a timely manner, maintaining detailed records of contract changes and updates.
- Renewal Forecasting and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, renewal statuses, and forecasted revenue.
- Provide renewal forecasting support by accurately scrubbing renewals 12 months in advance of expiration date.
- Special & Strategic Projects:
- In addition to traditional renewal process, there will be the opportunity to managed workstreams and initiatives which depend upon renewal process for success.
