Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Renewal Specialist to join our Customer Renewals Center team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering license overconsumption leads, working closely with internal teams and customers to drive incremental cloud revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to identify and address license overconsumption scenarios among customers
  • Maintain knowledge of entitlement metrics, contract entitlement specifics, and SAP product portfolio
  • Collaborate with internal teams and customers to resolve overconsumption issues
  • Provide end-to-end renewal support and maintain accurate records
