Position Overview
We are seeking a talented Named Accounts Sales Renewal Specialist to strengthen our Barcelona-based team. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a critical role in navigating complex situations, improving subscription and cloud renewals within Autodesk's largest customer accounts.
About You
You will have 2+ years of success in a sales, renewal sales, or sales support role, with fluency in French and/or Italian (professional native level) and English. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required, as well as prior experience in SaaS, Renewals, and Customer Success.
Your Responsibilities
Oversee all renewal processes in designated accounts, including discovery, quoting, processing, and deployment Document all customer interactions and opportunities in Salesforce.com Submit weekly forecasts to leadership Establish relationships with IT, procurement, and end-users through regular outbound calls Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams to build a shared strategy Adapt to changes, comprehend customer requirements, and recommend suitable subscription solutions Contribute insights from customer calls during weekly and quarterly account planning sessions with Autodesk's Named Account Executives Understand complex ideas to promote strategic initiatives and encourage the use of the consumption model Foster cooperative relationships within sales and sales support and Autodesk resellers to enhance the customer experience
Salary & Benefits
The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and location. In addition to base salaries, we also have a significant emphasis on discretionary annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock or long-term incentive cash grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
Location
This role will be based in Barcelona, Spain, with up to 10% estimated travel.
