About the Role

As a Client Engagement Specialist at Dow Jones & Company, Inc. in Barcelona, Spain, you will play a crucial role in managing all renewal aspects of relationships with key customers. This involves retaining existing contract revenue within defined buying centers and supporting new sales into these accounts made by Account Executives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Retention Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive retention plan for assigned strategic accounts, ensuring the continuous delivery of value to clients.
  • Client Support: Oversee the overall renewal lifecycle, from pricing and contracting to invoicing and client support, ensuring that customer concerns are addressed promptly throughout the fiscal year.
  • New Sales Opportunities: Identify opportunities for increased revenue within assigned accounts and collaborate with the sales team to pursue these opportunities.
  • Account Understanding: Develop a deep understanding of clients' businesses, including their industry, competitor solutions, and current and developing needs.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1-3 years of proven success in customer engagement or sales.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in other European languages is preferred.
  • Ability to multi-task and adhere to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Google Drive.

Salary Estimate: €45,000 - €60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
