TTEC is seeking a Growth and Retention Sales Professional to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria. As an Outbound Sales Representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences while working onsite. Your primary goal will be to service and upsell client products to existing customers, focusing on educating them on their current products and identifying opportunities for new sales.

You'll leverage your sales expertise to grow your book of business, developing new business opportunities and establishing and nurturing customer relationships. You'll work closely with our global team of curious lifelong learners, guided by our company values and excellent sales, product, and systems training.

  • Your fluency in both English and Greek language at an advanced C1 level will enable you to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues.
