About the Role

Criteo is seeking a highly skilled Sales Growth Professional to join our New Business EMEA team in Barcelona, Spain. As an Account Executive Iberia, your primary responsibility will be to drive business growth and revenue expansion across mid-sized businesses.

We are looking for a talented individual with a strong background in consultative sales, who can leverage advanced technology tools and sales techniques to convert leads and create new opportunities.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute strategies to consistently hit Revenue and margin targets (RexT).
  • Build relationships with internal stakeholders, including marketing, legal, technical, account managers, and product specialists.
  • Utilize Salesforce CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Outreach to increase volume and maximize conversion rates.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of AdTech and its applications.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 4-5 years of experience in consultative sales, preferably in the advertising industry.
  • Proven track record of working in complex and multi-product environments.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to build relationships with clients through remote work and utilize discovery questions to understand client goals.
  • Familiarity with Sales models and the ability to accurately forecast and manage pipeline.
