Your RoleAs a Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's growth in the French Market. This is a full-cycle sales position where you will manage the process from initial contact to contract signing.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the entire sales process: from prospecting to contract signing, leveraging your skills to deliver exceptional results.
- Conduct thorough research to identify potential clients in the French Market, utilizing your knowledge of market trends and competitor analysis.
- Develop and execute targeted outbound campaigns via phone, email, and other touchpoints to effectively engage with prospects.
- Present the solution to key stakeholders such as C-level executives, HR Directors, Office Managers, and Travel Managers, showcasing your excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Lead live demos of the platform to qualified prospects, ensuring they understand the value proposition and benefits of our solution.
- Negotiate deals and guide clients through the demo to contract signature process, providing personalized support and attention to detail.
- Forecast sales revenue, ensuring accurate visibility of your sales pipeline and identifying opportunities for growth.
- Represent the company as a brand ambassador, attending industry fairs and public events to build relationships and establish thought leadership.
- Collaborate closely with SDRs and the sales team to continuously improve the sales process through feedback and constructive dialogue.
- Work alongside the Head of Sales to define and achieve Quarterly and Annual OKRs, driving business success and exceeding targets.
- You possess native-level French language skills, complemented by strong English language proficiency (written and spoken).
- You have at least 1 year of experience in a similar sales role or 2+ years as a top-performing SDR, demonstrating your ability to drive results and achieve success.
- You embody a goal-driven attitude, taking ownership of your performance and pushing yourself to excel in every aspect.
- You are a proactive problem-solver who isn't afraid to take calculated risks and learn from mistakes, embracing challenges as opportunities for growth.
- You thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments and are adaptable, comfortable navigating change and uncertainty.
- Previous experience in SaaS Sales, Business Travel, or Start-up environments, providing valuable context and insight into the industry.
