Salary: This full-time position offers a competitive salary of 40,600€ OTE (35,000€ basic + uncapped commission), making it an attractive opportunity for sales professionals looking to grow their careers.

Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Business Growth Professional to join our team in Barcelona. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with independent retailers, understanding their needs, and closing sales on our B2B offer.

Required Skills and Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you must have fluency in German and a good level of English, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

Benefits: In addition to a competitive salary, we offer 35 days of holiday including public holidays, a company pension scheme of 4% of salary, a Profit share bonus (subject to meeting profit targets), and a Share Save scheme. You will also receive between 25% and 50% discount on our products and enjoy relocation support.
