The Role
We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic Sales Executive (m/w/d) to contribute to the growth and success of our Sales Team. As a High-Growth Sales Professional, you will manage the full sales process, from first contact to contract signature, at least for the first year.
Your Responsibilities
- Research and prospect for new clients in various international markets.
- Run outbound campaigns via phone, email, and other touchpoints.
- Presentation skills are essential to present our solution to a range of people, including C-Levels, HR Directors, Office Managers, Travel Managers, etc.
- Lead negotiations with potential clients from Demo to Contract.
- Forecast Sales Revenue, providing visibility into your deal pipeline.
- Be an evangelist of our solution, attending fairs and public events.
- Define Quarterly and Annual OKRs with the Head of Sales and Team Leaders.
- Work collaboratively with SDRs and the whole Sales Team in a positive feedback loop.
Your Qualifications
- An excellent level of English is required, and a native level of one of the following languages: Polish/ Czech/ Slovak / Hungary / Bulgarian/Slovenian / Greece/ Lithuanian/ Latvian/ Rumanian.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- A "No excuses" attitude, knowing that success depends on you and no one else.
- Hunger: not afraid of challenges and eager to raise the bar every day.
- Proactivity: actively proposing value-creating solutions and not afraid of mistakes.
- Flexibility: comfortable working in a fast-changing environment with few certainties.
