The Job
We're seeking a skilled Flemish Customer Lifecycle Manager, Cloud Solutions to join our team. As a Customer Lifecycle Manager, you will have a customer-facing role, engaging customers from the very first point of contact to retention and renewal initiatives. Your goal will be to maintain and develop our loyal and happy customer base.

Your Daily Work
As a Customer Lifecycle Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Being the first point of contact for many customers, delivering a strong first impression and setting the foundation for long-term customer relationships.
  • Leading the sales strategy, overcoming objections and negotiating success.
  • Engaging with small and medium businesses across industries, company sizes and types to determine their needs and identify opportunities to fulfill their needs with our leading cloud technologies.
  • Positioning competitive offerings and solutions in the context of customer needs and experiences.
  • Demonstrating verbally and in writing how customers can capture value and envision their future with our technologies.
  • Effectively turning prospects and qualified leads into opportunities and revenue pipeline by filtering them through different criteria, e.g. BANT (budget, authority, need and timeline).
  • Leveraging social, digital, video, chat, phone and demonstration environments to effectively reach, sell to and manage customers.
  • Collecting feedback from customers and articulating it back to the business: "Voice of customer."

Your Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • To speak and write Flemish at a native level and be fluent in English (B2).
  • A minimum of 1 year experience in sales and account management or customer management.
  • Minimum 1 year IT industry experience required.
  • A good understanding and level of computer handling skills.
  • Experience working with or selling Azure, Office 365, Dynamics 365 or similar solutions preferred.
