The Role:
We're seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Cloud Solutions Account Growth Specialist. This role involves establishing and expanding relationships with key executives and decision makers within each customer and territory.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and maintaining exceptional consultative relationships with existing customers
- Working collaboratively with assigned Business Development Managers to develop a territory account plan
- Growing and maintaining existing customer and partner relationships through proactive telesales activity
- Managing quote creation, order processing, and day-to-day customer and partner requests
About You:
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- 1-3 years of professional sales experience (preferred but not required)
- Customer service experience (preferred)
- A highly motivated and results-oriented approach with an entrepreneurial spirit
- Detail-oriented skills with the ability to break down projects into smaller tasks
- A general understanding of technology solutions
- Proficiency in Microsoft's licensing programs and product stack
What We Offer:
We provide a competitive salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including health insurance, retirement plans, and opportunities for growth and development.
