**Job Opportunity**

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team in Malaga, Spain. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales cycles, nurturing client relationships, and showcasing expertise in advanced cloud technologies.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Be the primary point of contact for customers, delivering a strong first impression and cultivating a portfolio of clients through sales expertise.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, guiding businesses in adopting advanced cloud technologies.
  • Drive revenue growth by identifying opportunities to fulfill small and medium-sized business needs using leading cloud technologies.
  • Maximize up-sell and cross-sell opportunities by collaborating with Solution Specialists and Partner Connection Managers.
  • Capture customer feedback and articulate it back to the business.

**Requirements and Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Bilingual or proficient in Finnish plus fluent in English.
  • 1-2 years' experience in IT sales with a proven track record of success and/or sales account management or customer management experience.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite applications and Client Relationship Management systems such as Dynamics 365, Salesforce, etc.

**Benefits and Compensation**

We offer a competitive salary range from €23,000 to €27,000 gross per year, full-time Spanish contract, relocation support, and paid training for the company and products you will be working on. A guaranteed minimum estimated salary is €25,250 per year, based on a standard 40-hour workweek.
