About the Role:
Censys is seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Executive to join our team in Southern Europe. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for growing sales in the region and becoming a resident expert on our security data and SaaS platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Grow sales in the region through new business development and account expansion
- Become a resident expert on Censys products and sell new and existing customers on our security data and SaaS platform
- Closing large, complex deals involving multiple executive-level stakeholders
- Exceeding activity, pipeline, and revenue goals on a quarterly basis
- Developing and maintaining a substantial pipeline of qualified opportunities and consistently maintaining an accurate forecast
- Negotiating win-win agreements based on value selling
Requirements:
- University or college degree in Computer Science, Marketing, or an acceptable combination of education and experience
- 10+ years of software selling experience, preferably in the security industry
- Experience selling at an early-stage company where products are in their infancy and ownership in building sales enablement
- Consistent track record of success around $1M quota
- Experience managing and closing complex sales cycles using solution selling techniques
- Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed
- Skilled in virtual presentations, online web demos, remote sales processes
- Proficiency using Salesforce
What We Offer:
- On-target earning range of €200,000 to €250,000, plus equity
- Bonus points for understanding of MEDDIC, Force Management, or Value Selling
