**Job Description:**

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business opportunities through close collaboration with Lenovo teams, reseller partners, and end-user accounts.
  • Partner with identified accounts to anticipate future customer needs and build strong relationships.
  • Maintain a professional communication pipeline with management regarding sales performance, customer needs, and business opportunities.
  • Own and manage forecast and reporting within the CRM tool, ensuring accurate revenue, margin, and growth tracking.
  • Control costs and protect/maintain margins in line with corporate objectives.
  • Run device sales and support resources directly or indirectly in the development of advanced solution-selling concepts.
  • Formulate concrete plans to upgrade the skills of the Lenovo sales force in the sector.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • 4+ years of sales experience, preferably in the technology hardware industry.
  • Strong understanding of channel management or channel-based sales models.
  • Able to work cross-functionally and collaboratively, bringing in the right resources at the right stage in the selling process.
  • Strong influencer and confident presenter with good networking skills.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.

**Estimated Salary:** €60,000 - €80,000 per year (based on location and experience).
