Job Title: Head of Sales Iberia

Morgan Philips Group is seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Head of Sales Iberia to lead and develop the sales strategy for Spain and Portugal. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, with a proven track record of driving business growth and expansion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a sales strategy for Spain and Portugal, aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders, identifying new business opportunities and developing strategic partnerships.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience in sales and marketing, with a proven track record of driving business growth and expansion.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and identify areas for improvement.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English, with additional languages a plus.
