We're seeking a talented Customer Service Representative to join our team in Barcelona, Spain.

This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills and experience in customer service while working with a leading technology company in the automotive industry.

You'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, resolving issues efficiently, and providing outstanding support to our clients.

We offer a competitive salary of €21,700 gross per year, plus up to €2,000 gross per year in bonus, making it an attractive career move for those looking to grow their careers.

The role involves:

  • Providing timely and effective solutions to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and ensuring contractual SLA is met.
  • Developing and maintaining product knowledge and expertise to deliver high-quality service.
  • Supporting colleagues during peak periods or absences.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • 1 year of experience in customer service.
  • Proficiency in Danish and English languages.
  • Basic IT skills, including Windows, MS Office, and internet configuration.
  • A positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
