Customer Service Advocate

The successful candidate will be a native or fluent Spanish speaker, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in English (minimum B2 level) is also required. Additionally, we are looking for someone with a minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in the automotive industry. Familiarity with electric vehicles and IT platforms such as Windows, MS Office, and internet configuration is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or automated alerts
• Record call details in the call management system and ensure timely responses and resolutions within the agreed SLA
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of services and products, particularly those tailored to individual customer applications
• Escalate any potential service issues to senior team members, as needed
• Adhere to all project processes and procedures
• Ensure compliance with contractual SLA
• Provide coverage for other agents in their absence
• Collaborate with the team on specific projects, when requested
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by management
Salary: €35,000 - €45,000 per annum (dependent on experience), depending on performance and qualifications. This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday, 09:00 AM - 06 PM. You will receive 23 days of paid annual leave and have the opportunity to work with a dynamic and creative team in a positive and friendly atmosphere.
