Your Responsibilities and Impact

You will be supporting customers with inquiries related to telecom services, focusing on technical questions. Additionally, you will maintain and update customers' accounts, handle sensitive data, and ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction.

What We Are Looking For

We are seeking a native level of Dutch and a good level of English language proficiency. You should have an interest in technical support and troubleshooting, be an attentive listener, comfortable and skilled at communicating with people, energetic, innovative, and work proactively at a fast pace.
