**Key Responsibilities**

In this role, you will be the face of our company, representing our values and commitment to exceptional service. Your main functions will include:

  • Managing incoming contacts such as phone calls, emails, and letters from customers
  • Providing information about products, resolving client queries, and explaining company policies
  • Serving as a brand ambassador and providing outstanding service to clients

**Requirements**

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Previous customer service experience (desirable but not essential)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer queries with empathy
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • The ability to work in a collaborative team environment
  • Tech savviness and analytical skills
  • C2 level in Danish, fluency in English
