We're seeking a dedicated professional to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria. In this hybrid role, you'll be part of an award-winning team that's passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing top-notch support to customers through various communication channels
  • Resolving complex issues efficiently and effectively
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest technology trends and innovations

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • At least 6 months of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in retail, contact centers, or similar fields
  • Excellent written communication skills, including fluency in Dutch and English
  • A strong ability to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team
