Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Global Sales Development Manager to drive revenue growth through strategic prospecting within a defined book of business. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for scheduling remote meetings with potential and existing customers, identifying customer requirements, and mapping solutions to meet those needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule remote meetings with potential and existing customers
  • Prepare thoroughly for each sales call, focusing on pre-meeting preparation, overcoming objections, and post-meeting follow-up
  • Identify customer requirements and match them to appropriate Iron Mountain solutions through consultative selling
  • Facilitate contract renewals by supporting engagement efforts, addressing concerns, and collaborating with renewal teams to retain at-risk customers
Requirements:
  • Ability to naturally close sales by driving next steps and overcoming objections, leveraging strong consultative and negotiation skills
  • Full Professional Finnish language skills
  • Consistent prospecting for new business opportunities, utilizing phone, email, and social selling strategies
  • Ability to qualify opportunities by uncovering decision-making processes, budget constraints, and buying motives
