Ambitious candidates are invited to contribute to Amazon Web Services (AWS) as we redefine the IT industry. As a Cloud Ecosystem Growth Manager, you will have the exciting opportunity to recruit, enable and grow our ecosystem of Amazon Partner Network (APN) Partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Onboard new APN Partners including Start-ups, SaaS providers, PaaS providers, established ISVs
  • Effectively manage and measure a large number of partner enablement and go-to-market requests
  • Manage and jointly close a pipeline of customer opportunities developed with our partners
  • Identify, enable and qualify high-value partners that drive revenue and deliver best-in-class solutions on AWS customers

Collaborating with key internal stakeholders is essential in further developing partner strategies and processes. Utilizing CRM systems, data warehousing and other analytic tools is crucial in establishing detailed metrics.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Experience in business development, partner development, sales or alliances management
  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
  • Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software
  • Bilingual (English + another Asian language is a plus)
Compensation and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience. Amazon offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
