Job Overview
We're seeking an ambitious professional to join our team as a Sr Account Director, Business Development. This role offers the opportunity to work in a world-class environment and make a direct contribution to our mission of improving global health, cleanliness, and safety.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing sales strategies, coordinating strategy calls for RFPs, and negotiating contracts. They will also engage with clients through cold calls, client visits, and regular contact to ensure client happiness. Additionally, they will gather market data and provide insights to better position our offerings. Collaboration with various departments, including Operations, Finance, and Marketing, is essential for success in this role.
Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you'll need a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field, such as sales or marketing. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record in sales and account management, is required. You'll also need strong scientific, sales, and/or marketing background, particularly in pharmaceutical/biotech sectors, and proficiency with sales automation systems and Microsoft Office programs. Outstanding interpersonal skills, including leadership, collaboration, and integration, are essential for success in this role.

This role is primarily office-based, with occasional travel to site locations both domestic and international. The salary for this position is estimated at around $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
