Role
We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Director to join our team in Barcelona. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and drive business success. Your focus will be on building strong relationships with clients, driving revenue growth, and establishing a solid reputation for Ukio in the industry. You will lead and manage a high-performing sales team, including B2C/B2B/KAM, and recruit, train, and mentor sales staff to ensure optimal performance and career growth. Your core responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets and business objectives.
  • Lead and manage a high-performing sales team, including B2C/B2B/KAM.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners, and negotiate deals and contracts.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor sales staff to ensure optimal performance and career growth.
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs, and identify new business opportunities and revenue streams.
  • Develop and maintain sales reports and dashboards, and provide regular updates and recommendations to senior management.
