Key Responsibilities

  • Safeguard and improve relationships with assigned Channel Managers, identifying opportunities to impact growth.
  • Optimize and maintain high performance levels with platforms to grow the business.
  • Understand business needs, translate them to technical/commercial requirements, and ensure connections are prepared for growth.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to work on new projects, initiatives, and processes.
