**Job Overview**

We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to lead the implementation and operation of our paid partnership initiatives at Hotelbeds Group in Mallorca, Spain. As a key member of our commercial team, you will collaborate with clients to strategize, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns that drive growth and enhance brand visibility in the B2B sector.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for paid partnership clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
  • Campaign Strategy: Develop and implement tailored marketing strategies for each partnership, focusing on achieving client goals and KPIs.
  • Operational Oversight: Coordinate the execution of marketing campaigns, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools, providing clients with regular reports and recommendations for optimization.

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing management, preferably in B2B environments.
  • Proven experience in managing paid partnerships or similar marketing initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).

**Benefits**
