We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Growth Director to drive the expansion of our ecosystem. This role will be pivotal in identifying and cultivating strategic partnerships, developing business strategies, and executing plans to increase market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Partnership Development: Engage with potential partners, including financial institutions, technology providers, regulatory bodies, and other key stakeholders. Develop and maintain relationships with industry influencers, thought leaders, and potential clients to advance business objectives.
  • Market Expansion and Strategy: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new business opportunities and emerging trends in the blockchain and cryptocurrency space. Develop and execute business development strategies to enter new markets and expand our footprint.
  • Business Development Execution: Lead the creation of detailed business proposals, presentations, and reports to communicate the value proposition of our blockchain solutions. Manage and drive complex sales cycles from lead generation through contract negotiation and closing.
  • Relationship Management: Serve as a primary point of contact for strategic partners and clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and ongoing engagement.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or strategy roles within the blockchain/cryptocurrency or financial technology sector. Proven track record of successfully managing and closing high-value deals and strategic partnerships.
  • Knowledge: Deep understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrency markets, and related regulatory environments.
