Strategic Business Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Business Analyst to support our global TUI Musement team in driving business strategy and growth.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct market intelligence research and analysis to inform business strategy, including reviewing external sources of information and providing deep-dives on specific segments.
- Assist in the strategic decision-making process, optimizing the TUI Musement value proposition in different areas and collaborating with the finance team.
- Review the attractiveness of new business opportunities, both organic and inorganic, and provide a deep understanding of the alternatives to address them.
- Support senior management in the decision-making process with analytical tools and Excel models created ad-hoc.
- Participate in different strategic projects from a conceptual point of view or during the pilot phase through desktop research and internal data analysis.
We are looking for a candidate with a strong drive, structured problem-solving skills, and an analytical mind. A solid experience in Business Strategy, M&A/Private Equity or Consulting background is preferred. A Master's degree or equivalent in MBA or Finance is desirable. Start-ups, innovation, and/or business transformation experience are advantageous.
You will also have a basic financial background, understanding the 3 main financial statements (Profit and Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow). Excellent English language skills, both verbal and written, are required. Stakeholder management experience in an international environment is desirable.
