As a Global Business Development Specialist, you will play a key role in driving business growth and expansion by establishing and maintaining relationships with channel managers and other technology partners.

The Role

As a Channel Manager Partnerships KAM, you will be responsible for managing relationships with assigned channel managers and other technology partners to establish and maintain close working relations. You will explore all possible business opportunities, define and coordinate commercial activities, partnerships, and incentive models with a focus on direct revenue generation, new hotel supply acquisitions, and optimizing current portfolio performance.

Responsibilities
  • Safeguarding and improving relationships with accounts, identifying opportunities that can impact business growth.
  • Optimizing and maintaining high performance levels with platforms to grow the business.
  • Understanding business needs, translating them to technical/commercial requirements, and ensuring connections are prepared to continue growing at a fast pace.
  • Coordination with different stakeholders (internally and externally) and managers to work on new projects, initiatives, processes, etc.
Requirements

We're looking for someone with:

  • Strong understanding of business (commercial) needs.
  • Familiarity and comfort with technical/system rules.
  • Capability of bridging business needs with technical solutions.
