Bike Business Hub Mallorca - Job Summary
At BikeBusinessHUB, we are seeking a skilled Business Development Specialist to join our team in Palma de Mallorca. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for researching and analyzing the B2B bike business market on the island, identifying potential business opportunities, and developing strategies to capitalize on these opportunities.

Main Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify business opportunities in the bike industry
- Develop and implement strategies to capitalize on identified business opportunities
- Collaborate with the BBH team to develop and execute business plans
- Analyze business models and identify areas for improvement
- Provide hands-on operational support to daily activities and events

Requirements:
- Business Management or Entrepreneurship degree (or similar)
- Fluency in English (business proficiency) and a solid level of Spanish
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with the bike industry and business development strategies
