Main Responsibilities:

  • Analyzing destinations and clients, understanding their business model, and requirements.
  • Developing a thorough understanding of products and services to better serve clients.
  • Customer account management, including contract negotiation to maximize profit.
  • Educating clients on product features and functionalities for business growth.
  • Acquiring new clients through market research and analysis.
  • Monitoring performance reports and executing required actions.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams across multiple countries.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a commercial or product department.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Self-starter with autonomy and self-management skills within a team.
  • Solutions-oriented with innovative thinking in a fast-paced environment.
  • Goal-oriented with analytical skills and strategic mindset.
  • Ability to work in a multinational environment and interact with different nationalities.
  • Willingness to travel regularly.
  • English language proficiency or native speaker, with additional languages an advantage.

This role offers a competitive salary range of €35,000 - €50,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. Benefits include a comprehensive health insurance package, access to ongoing training and development programs, and opportunities for career progression.
