Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research and networking.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
  • Present and demonstrate our services to potential clients, highlighting their benefits and value propositions.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions using CRM tools.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions for clients and address any issues that arise.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, account management, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of sales techniques and strategies, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience selling Consulting or HR Services strongly preferred.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.

  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
