Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research and networking.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.

- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions using CRM tools.

- Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions for clients and address any issues that arise.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in B2B sales, account management, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of sales techniques and strategies, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience selling Consulting or HR Services strongly preferred.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a customer-focused approach.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
