**Job Overview**
We are seeking a driven and results-oriented individual to join our team as a B2B Sales Manager on a commission-based structure.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Identify and target potential business clients through research, networking, and cold outreach.
* Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target companies.
* Present and demonstrate our services to potential clients, highlighting their benefits and value propositions.
* Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to meet and exceed sales targets.
* Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions using CRM tools.
* Monitor market trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities and areas for growth.
* Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions for clients and address any issues that arise.
**Essential Skills and Qualifications**
* Proven experience in B2B sales, account management, or a related field.
* Strong understanding of sales techniques and strategies, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
* Experience selling Consulting or HR Services strongly preferred.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
* Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a customer-focused approach.
* Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
* Ability to adapt to changing business needs and work in a fast-paced environment.
