Junior Account Manager

We are seeking a talented and proactive Junior Account Manager to join our Commercial team in Palma. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, driving business growth, and identifying new commercial opportunities.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Client Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of our destinations and clients, understanding their business models, requirements, and pain points.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a thorough understanding of our products and service offerings to effectively upsell and cross-sell to clients.
  • Account Management: Manage client accounts, negotiate contracts, and agreements to maximize profit and drive business growth.
  • Client Education: Educate clients on existing and new product features, functionalities, and how they can contribute to their business growth.
  • New Business Development: Identify and acquire new clients, making their business model transparent, and conducting risk assessments.
  • Market Research: Conduct continuous market research and analysis to create business plans on commercial opportunities.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor performance reports, interpret results, and execute required actions to drive business growth.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and departments across multiple countries.
  • Client Communication: Serve as the central point of contact for clients and the organization.
  • Skills and Experience: Prior experience in a commercial, product department, or any other relevant working experience will be highly valued. Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills are essential. Self-starter with autonomy and self-management skills, solutions-oriented, and goal-oriented with solid analytical skills and a strong strategic mindset.
