Key Responsibilities

Under the supervision of their direct manager, Project Coordinators are accountable for the quality, profitability, and performance of their team members, although they do not make personnel decisions.

Manage all facets of project coordination (scheduling, sourcing, testing, and oversight of all data, personnel, and resources) from initiation to project completion to guarantee timely, budget-friendly, and high-quality delivery Liaise with various internal teams, particularly Recruitment, Human Resources, IT, and Operations Recognize and address potential risks Evaluate the final product and various stages of the process to ensure quality and precision Foster strong relationships with contractors Identify and recruit new vendors that align with project needs Handle pricing and contractual matters by thoroughly understanding company protocols; investigate and resolve payment discrepancies Balance multiple priorities concurrently in a dynamic environment

Required Skills and Qualifications

Must demonstrate a sense of urgency and the ability to perform under pressure Take pride in delivering solid, quality work Detail-oriented approach Must be highly adaptable to new technologies Ability to plan, organize, prioritize, and communicate effectively with all involved teams to ensure successful project completion

Educational Background and Experience

BS/BA degree or equivalent professional experience Minimum of 1 year of experience in Project Management

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with Project Management standards (PMI-PMP|ACP/APM-APMP) Understanding of Product Development cycles Experience in managing data annotation services Background in recruitment Proficiency in multiple languages
