About the Role

ADP, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and organized professional to join our External Communications team as a Senior Operations Specialist, Data Analytics & Project Management. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our day-to-day activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Management: Manage the development and execution of External Communications initiatives, processes, and workflows.
  • Process Optimization: Streamline processes and drive efficiency within the team, including reporting, cross-team resources, and best practices.
  • Compliance and Alignment: Manage and review cross-organization requests to ensure compliance with policies and alignment with the brand.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with leaders in Media Relations, Executive Communications, the ADP Newsroom, Brand, Digital Marketing, and Measurement teams to ensure clear lines of communication and effective collaboration.

Requirements

  • Strong project management skills with experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate and refine processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
