About the Role

ADP, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and organized professional to join our External Communications team as a Senior Operations Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our day-to-day activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Management: Oversee the development and execution of External Communications initiatives, processes, and workflows.
  • Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate and refine processes to ensure the team operates at its full potential, delivering exceptional results for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Workflow Management: Coordinate and manage workflows, ensuring tasks are assigned and completed in a timely manner.
  • Communication: Maintain clear lines of communication across different teams and departments.
  • Reporting and Measurement: Maintain and enhance reporting and measurement initiatives.
