The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analytics Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our data analytics team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust data pipelines and analytical solutions to support business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Pipeline Development
Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL processes to ensure seamless data flow and accurate insights.
- Data Modeling and Analytics
Implement data models and analytical solutions to support business objectives, leveraging expertise in PowerBI data modeling and DAX optimization for self-service on large datasets.
- Collaboration and Communication
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver actionable insights, utilizing strong communication and project management skills.
- Technical Expertise
Develop and maintain expertise in ETL pipelines, database management, and data warehousing, particularly with Google GCP BigQuery, and stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and best practices in data engineering and analytics.
Requirements
- Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Mathematics, or related field, and 4-5 years of experience in data analytics or a related field.
- Technical Skills
Advanced proficiency in Python and SQL, expert-level experience in PowerBI data modeling and DAX optimization, hands-on experience with Apache Airflow, and expertise in ETL pipelines, database management, and data warehousing, particularly with Google GCP BigQuery.
Preferred Skills
- Communication and Project Management
Strong communication and project management skills, with experience in managing multiple projects and prioritizing tasks effectively.
- Additional Technical Skills
Knowledge of Spark and distributed computing, experience with SAP as a data source, knowledge of Terraform, and Spanish language proficiency.
