Your mission will be to derive facts from data, translate them into actionable recommendations, and support the HR team in making intelligent, data-driven decisions. You'll execute end-to-end data projects, collaborate closely with stakeholders, and leverage reporting, data analytics, and visualization to provide insights for routine and ad-hoc operational requests.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Demonstrable experience in using SQL to derive actionable insights
- 2+ years of experience in business/data/HR analysis
- Strong presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage diverse audiences
- Strong written and oral communication skills in English
